1.5 **Payment Methods:** We accept payments through Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking, and Payment Gateway. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh.

### 2. Service Warranty and Quality

2.1 **Service Warranty:** We offer a 3-day warranty on all services provided through Dhopaa. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within this period.

2.2 **Quality Monitoring:** We continuously monitor the performance of our service providers and collect customer feedback to ensure high-quality services.

### 3. Payments and Billing

3.1 **Customer Payments:** Payments for services can be made via Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking, or Payment Gateway. Payment methods may vary depending on the service and location.

3.2 **Provider Payments:** Service providers are paid weekly through mobile banking or bank account transfers.

### 4. Refund Policy

4.1 **Service Failures:** If a service provider fails to complete the job satisfactorily, Dhopaa will refund the full amount to the customer within 8 working days.

4.2 **Refund Process:** To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your service details and reason for the refund request. We will process your refund promptly after reviewing your request.

4.3 **Refund Methods:** Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. For example, if you paid through Mobile Banking, the refund will be processed via Mobile Banking.

4.4 **Processing Time:** Refunds are typically processed within 8 working days of approval. The exact time frame may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

### 5. User Conduct

5.1 **Prohibited Activities:** You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, fraud, or any activity that could harm the Service or its users.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • You may cancel your order within 03 hours of placing it without any charges, provided the service has not yet commenced or the pickup has not been made.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the order has been picked up or service has started, cancellation might not be possible, and you may still be charged for the service or any applicable costs.

3. Cancellation by Dhopaa:

In rare circumstances, Dhopaa may need to cancel your order due to reasons such as:

  • Technical issues with the platform or the service provider.
  • Situations beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed, if applicable.

4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders:

For canceled orders:

  • If the order is canceled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the service has already started or if cancellation is requested after the allowed time, partial refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the progress of the service.
